who we are

The University of Nebraska at Omaha Rugby Football Club was first established in 1977.  After several promising years following the team's inception, the club went through a few periods of discontinuity.  Today, rugby has become one of the fastest growing sports in the country, especially at the collegiate level. Known simply as the UNO Rugby Club (UNORC), the team is being revived at the university! The club is led largely by students from the local area with youth rugby experience and a passion for the game along with an experienced coaching staff.  We look forward to exciting action on the pitch and to a promising future for Mavericks Rugby!
